Jordan and Peyton, the founders of Modern Muse, connected over their work-ethic, creativity and love of the beauty industry. This realization was the driving force that led them to create a sanctuary where their passion to improve individual’s confidence, appearance and overall well-being would flourish. Their ultimate goal with Modern Muse was to design an environment where other like-minded aesthetic providers could display the mastery of their crafts to do the same. Modern Muse has quickly become a one-stop shop for individuals who enjoy all the luxuries that self-care has to offer. Together they have hand selected products and services that are not only the most modern, up to date techniques but also results driven and customizable to each individual need.
Jordan Walker, LME, CLT
Jordan was born and raised in Camden, SC. Growing up she always had a love for the beauty and fashion industry. In 2013, she decided to pursue a BFA in Fashion Marketing with a minor in Business Management from SCAD. After graduating in 2017 and falling in love with Savannah, she decided to stay and purse another career path in aesthetics. She started her aesthetics career in dermatology. After almost three years in dermatology aesthetics she decided to go solo…and here she is! She loves to make her clients look and feel their best. She can’t wait to see you at MM!
Peyton Vaughn, LME, PMU Artist
Peyton is Artist, Aesthetician, Eyebrow Queen, and Lover of all Things Green. A Columbia, South Carolina native that transformed her early life interest of art and beauty into a business that provides both to her client’s. Since starting “PMU by Peyton” in 2016 she has actualized the beauty of innumerable women and men. Her work is not synthesizing beauty from art but rather using art to broadcast the natural beauty your face has to offer. This is evident in the fundamentals in which she approaches each client. Her free-hand approach is completely individualized and is far from the cookie-cutter stencils some permanent make-up artists use. After your appointment, you will leave with satisfaction, self confidence, and at least an extra 20 minutes saved every morning.
